Rachel Mohr, ACC

Rachel was recently honored with the #3 spot on Yahoo Finance’s “Top 10 Life Coaches Who Will Elevate Your Life in 2021.” She has credentials, certifications, and trainings as a Life Enhancements & Transformation Coach, NLP Coach and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and loves working with others to connect with their joy and vitality through discovering what makes their heart sing, to think better and feel better by tapping into their genius to unlock what’s truly possible and to create the life they want by deliberate design rather than default.

Ticki Favaroth, MBA

Ticki graduated from Texas’s Women’s University with a Master’s in Business Administration and Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Her HR experience and business impact include working with small to large businesses and at Fortune 500 companies, such as Alight Solutions, Aon, University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Exxon Mobil, Target Corporation, and U.S. Homeland Security.

Along with her work with MCG, Ticki is the Senior Partner and Managing Director at HR&Co., a human capital provider and advisory services firm to organizations and government agencies. She is a seasoned and globally recognized HR practitioner, a forward-thinking strategic and tactical executive leader who has helped organizations, teams, and individuals achieve significant business results.

Denise Henderson Thomas, ACC

Passionate about helping small businesses and dedicated to collaborative economic development, Denise has more than 25 years of experience in international trade. Her entrepreneurial DNA, combined with a strong background as a strategic planner, has made her a trusted source for companies across Arkansas that are looking to expand into the global marketplace.

As the CEO of the World Trade Center Arkansas, she has a primary focus on helping businesses in the Natural State grow their products abroad through sustainable and ethical practices. Denise’s credentials include: DEI Expert and business development leader; A Certified Transformation Coach – coaching emerging to C-Suite level leaders for startups and global organizations. Shamera is a seasoned human resources professional specializing in amplifying leaders' voices within companies and corporations. She believes that each person has untapped potential, and with a few powerful questions it can be unleashed! Shamera is skilled in bringing the community together, providing exceptional customer service, and knows exactly how to make each person feel included in any space. She holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and has been influencing her field for over 20 years in human resources. It’s safe to say that HR is her love!

Tyler Masters

Tyler Masters joined MCG March of 2021 as a Client Concierge and HR Consultant and came with over a decade of experience in operations and human resources. Developing and empowering people has been a long time driving force for Tyler, and his current role allows him to combine his two favorite passions: people and leadership. Currently earning his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management, Tyler received his Bachelor of Arts in American Political History from Missouri Southern State University and his Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. A twenty year resident of Northwest Arkansas, Tyler lives in Bentonville and can frequently be found attending one of the area’s many arts and culture events.

Elizabeth Prenger

Empath writer, creative spirit, and eternal optimist, Elizabeth helps MCG reach more readers through engaging copy and digital storytelling. She enjoys working with Alison and her team because of the passion they each have for their craft and for the impact they are having on women throughout the country…herself included. Elizabeth lives in Northwest Arkansas with her young family of five, including two small boys and a sweet old mutt. She is also working on a series of children’s books about the magic and power of the moon.
